About
We started Gateway Talent Labs to help smaller organisations adopt AI in a way that works for the people doing the work.
Most conversations about AI focus on the technology: which tools to buy and what they can do. Far less attention goes to the people expected to use them, and that is usually where adoption succeeds or stalls.
That is the side we focus on. Our backgrounds are in organisational psychology, and our research looked at how AI affects people's engagement, confidence and exhaustion at work. We bring that understanding to every recommendation we make.
Large companies have whole teams to manage new technology. Small businesses and nonprofits rarely do, so we step in as that team: helping you choose the right tools, train your people and put a clear plan in place, at a scale that makes sense for you.

Buying AI is easy. Choosing well is harder. We work out what your team actually needs, compare the vendors, tools and models that could deliver it, and give you a clear recommendation with the reasoning behind it. You stay in control of the final decision and the setup.

Having AI tools is not the same as knowing how to use them well. Our interactive sessions are built around the work your team already does, so people leave knowing where AI helps, where it falls short, and when its output needs a second look.

If people are already using AI at work, you need a shared plan for how. We create one with you, in language your team can follow, so everyone knows what AI can be used for, what information stays out of it, and who checks the results.
